Pankaj’s approach to business is rooted in rigorous analytical engineering and premier corporate strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK), where he developed a foundational mindset for structural excellence and multi-variable problem-solving.
He further honed his commercial acumen at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), earning his management credentials with specialization in strategic brand deployment, operational architecture, and market analytics.

As Senior Vice President of Marketing, he spearheaded comprehensive domestic and export blueprints, successfully scaling brand equity and orchestrating high-stakes creative realignments with top-tier global networks.
As Chief Executive Officer, he optimized retail distribution architectures and established dominant brand equity within highly competitive premium gypsum plaster and white cement based wall putty segments.
